Chiliz Asking Binance to List More Fan-Based Tokens
As per the recent reports, Binance has announced that it is in the process of listing three more fan-based tokens for Chiliz. If you are familiar with the cryptocurrency industry, then you must definitely know about Binance. It is the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the entire world when it comes to trading volume.
Now, the exchange will be working on three more projects for Chiliz, which is a major token platform that is focused on sports. The announcement around the listing of the Chiliz tokens was made by the BinanceLaunchpool on December 23, 2020.
BinanceLaunchpool announced that it will be adding three more fan-based tokens to the listings of the fan-based tokens it has in place. BinanceLaunchpool is popularly known for providing users a platform where they can stake their tokens. The users can stake the tokens for up to 30 days and earn rewards against them.
The firm has also announced the names of the games for which it will be listing the latest tokens. The three games are Atletico de Madrid Football (ATM), Dota 2 esports team OG, and AS Roma Football Club (ASR).
Further to the announcement of listing three more tokens, BinanceLaunchpool has also clarified the usage of the tokens. First of all, it has been confirmed when the tokens will be listed and be available for staking. The second part revolves around the cryptocurrencies that the users will be able to use against the tokens for staking.
It has been confirmed that the staking of the fan-tokens will commence on December 24, 2020, and it will end on January 23, 2021. Binance has also confirmed its next course of action following the listing of the three fan-tokens.
During the staking, the users will have the chance to stake Chiliz (CHZ), Binance Coin (BNB), and Binance Dollar (BUSD) against ASR, OG, and ATM fan tokens.
Binance has confirmed that after the listing of the three tokens, it will be listing ASR, OG, and ATM in its Innovation Zone. Once this has been done, the tokens will be available for trade against major cryptocurrencies such as Tether (USDT) and Bitcoin (BTC).
Binance has also confirmed the trading pairs that will be available once launched. The trading pairs that are set to launch following the listing are ASR/USDT, ATM/USDT, OG/USDT, OG/BTC, ATM/BTC, and ASR/BTC respectively.
Just recently, the CEO of Binance ‘Changpeng Zhao’ commented on the current adoption level of the crypto-technology in the sports and esports sectors. Zhao stated that the current year has observed an enormous amount of adoption and growth in the esports and sports sector.
